Customer Bill of Rights

  1. Say What You’ll Pay: You have the right to set a flat fee per project or decide an hourly rate for freelancers.
  2. Know What You’re Getting: You can expect your project to be as good as or even better than the samples. It’s only fair.
  3. On Time, Every Time: You should count on receiving completed projects exactly when they are due. If you don’t, you deserve two things: An advance explanation for the delay, and a new delivery time. A promise is a promise.
  4. Be Particular: You have the right to tell freelancers exactly what you want, and they have the responsibility to give it to you.
  5. Communication is Key: Freelancers are expected to follow instructions as closely as possible and ask questions they may have along the way.
  6. Keep It Professional: Our freelancers may work in pajamas, but only the best are invited to Try Club. You can expect freelancers’ work to be even better than their samples.
  7. Critique At Will: You have the right to give suggestions and take your time making any decision you like. Know how we can do a better job? We’re all ears.
  8. Respect: You have the right to work with others in a positive, respectful, and constructive setting. Period.
